The island is in Patagonia, Chile. It is about 6 hours' travel from the capital of Santiago: 3 hours by plane and another 3 hours by car. The island is then reached via a short boat ride from Puerto Sanchez. It is located in Lake General Carrera, the second-largest lake in South America. According to the owner, the island has around 25 caves, and is approximately 15 acres. In addition, there is a small beach, which might be suitable for the construction of a bungalow. The asking price is US$ 105,000.
