The South Pacific-An Ocean Full of Islands
These islands as a whole are among the most lovely in the world, with untouched beaches and pristine lagoons in abundance. Most of these governments are fairly stable, though Fiji has undergone a coup in recent years. I think some of the best deals right now are in French Polynesia. I don't see too much at the moment, but just last summer a beautiful island sold for only a couple hundred thousand. I'll keep looking.

A beautiful motu near one of the major islands in the French Polynesia group with three traditionally built houses. All the houses have modern conveniences, including televisions and two bathrooms apiece.
